Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Dream Garage Pty Ltd (“we”) does with the information you give us through this website. The short version: we only use it to reply to you and look after your car, and we never sell it.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms:

• Contact form: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details (optional) and your message.
• Booking request form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), vehicle make, model and year, registration (optional), the service you need, your preferred date and time, and any notes.

Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure. If spam protection is active on a form, it may check similar browser signals to confirm you're not a bot.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page visits, see which buttons get used (for example, how many people tap “Call”) and measure how fast pages load. These tools don't use cookies and don't identify you personally.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry or call you to confirm a booking.
• To prepare for and carry out work on your vehicle.
• To keep our business records.

We don't use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we don't sell or rent them to anyone.

How it's stored

When you submit a form, your details are sent straight to our business email inbox. The website itself doesn't keep a database of submissions. We keep emails only as long as we need them for the reasons above and our record-keeping obligations.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the website: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (sending form emails) and Cloudflare (spam protection). They only process your information to provide those services, and some of them may store it on servers outside Australia.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@dreamgarage.com.au or call 0459 727 568.
